8. Delivery
Before placing your order, you must select the delivery method that best suits your needs. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you and give you the option to continue with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.

9. Return Policy
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 calendar days of delivery. To return an item, please write to us at info@silomatelier.com indicating your intention to return it. Products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
